Three years ago, I was looking for work in a new field and considered the option of a sales manager. All of my friends had the same associations that sales were dirty and you couldn’t go there.

But once in the world of sales, I realized one thing: a sales manager (seller) is a profession. And sales are an art that needs to be constantly studied. On the first try, few will manage to make a sale.

This is a profession that requires effort and work on yourself. Only then can you see a greater return on your activities.

Many sellers are still embarrassed that they work in sales. But if you do not want to advertise your profession, then you do not want to be the best in your field. There is no desire to be the best - you will not develop yourself and invest in your growth. But then you will receive less dividends. It turns out a vicious circle.
What is sales?

Sales is the art of satisfying a customer's need. Do not “push”, “force”, “convince” and so on. It is to satisfy the need. Real sellers are committed to green sales. They sell their product only if it really benefits the buyer.

    Sales Manager - a profession that will always be in demand. After all, sales are not only goods and services.



When communicating between people, there is also an exchange - selling an idea. We sell ideas: at home - to relatives, at meetings - to friends, at work - to superiors.

If you look at the statistics on the labor market, then one of the most sought-after professions is a sales manager. Open now any job search site, and you will see that the number of vacancies "sales manager" exceeds the number of people wishing to work in this field. For example, on site work.ua there are 5355 vacancies for this position throughout Ukraine, and the resume is 2379.

People who know the basics of sales (stages, technologies and scripts), on average, earn from 12-16 thousand UAH. But the most interesting thing is that there is no ceiling on earnings. You sell and get a percentage of the sale. For example, the record for the earnings of our students is UAH 97,000 in March 2018.

You can say that you need to be a professional and have an education, that sales are in the blood and you need to have an innate talent. But no, everything is much simpler.

To become a sales manager, you must have:

• perseverance;
• the desire to grow and develop;
• quickly learn and be flexible to what is happening.

The most important thing is to love people and sincerely wish to help them. After all, a sale occurs when a manager and a client become just two people.

Unfortunately, today in the market there is practically no high-quality education in this area, this is a matter of the future. To develop in sales, start with a simple - read books.
